To prove or dispel the statement that 3T can do anything which the present 1.5T MRI workhorse can do, and can do it faster and better

- To understand practical issues and concerns regarding replacing 1.5T with 3T MRI
- To understand some of the limitations of the technique
- To be aware of the values of the technique and be able to select patients appropriately for imaging on this modality
