Where can I hire furniture for my stand?

Are electrics included in the stand price?
Electrics and lighting are not included. You can order from Electrotechnik online at www.etuk.co.uk using password 1880central. Or call 0117 9095664 or sened an email
Where can I book accommodation?
You can view hotels and rates and book online here or call JP Events on 0845 6801138.
Where can I park?
Manchester Central has a 24-hour NCP car park located directly below the building with 720 spaces. The nearest lorry/van parking is the Euro car park on Byrom Street which is approximately a 5 minute walk.
When is build up?
Saturday 23 June 07.00 – 19.00 (space only exhibitors)
Sunday 24 June 08.00 – 19.00 (all exhibitors)
Monday 25 June 08.00 – 09.30 (all exhibitors – no unloading, stand dressing only)
When is breakdown?
Wednesday 27 June 15.00 – 22.00
Thursday 28 June 07.00 – 22.00
When and where do I send deliveries?
There is very limited storage available at Manchester Central therefore deliveries will be accepted from Saturday 23 June to Wednesday 27 June only. Send clearly marked with stand number and company name to UKRC2012 25-27 June 2012, Central Hall, Manchester Central, Windmill Street, Manchester, M2 3GX
How do I book an insert in delegate packs?
Costs are £695 + VAT and 1500 copies of the insert must be sent to us by 31 May 2012. Please send us an email for further information or to book.
How do I book tickets for social events or conference registration?
You can book online here.
Are exhibitors allowed access to conference sessions?
Exhibitors are allowed entry into the exhibition hall, exhibitors symposia and eponymous lectures only. 1 free full conference registration is given per 6sqm booked up to a maximum of six.
How do I order catering for my stand?

Is there wi-fi/internet access available at Manchester Central?
Wi-fi access is available to purchase onsite for £5/hour however exhibitors are advised to order a secure line. Please call 0161 827 8762 or send an email
Is lunch and coffee provided for exhibitors?
Exhibitors will be able to purchase refreshment and food items from catering points within the exhibition hall.
Do I need to complete a risk assessment?
All exhibitors must complete a risk assessment and health and safety declaration form. Space only exhibitors should ask their stand builders to complete. Shell scheme exhibitors can complete the risk assessment template on page 21.
Do I need to submit design plans?
Space only exhibitors must email design plans, risk assessment and method statement by 13 April 2012. Planning permission will be required for complex structures eg over 4m high, multi-storey stands, raised platforms etc
Where do I get my namebadges from?
Email names of stand personnel by 18 May 2012. Namebadges will be given out onsite. Exhibitors can register from 09.00 on Sunday 24 June
Is there any storage space at Manchester Central?
