Submission Deadline for e-poster has been extended to March 29th 11:59pm

e-Poster presenters
Preparing an electronic poster is different to conventional posters so it is recommended that the material is prepared well in advance and you will be given instructions on how to upload your poster after your abstract has been accepted. Leaving the uploading process too close to the publication deadline runs the risk of a poorly prepared poster as some work will be required during uploading to arrange the images and text.

Registration - deadline 23 April 2012
All presenters must register for at least one day of the Congress:
·         Oral presenters must register for the day they are speaking
·         Poster presenters can register for any day but the poster must be displayed in the Poster Exhibition by Monday 9am at the latest
·         e-Poster presenters can register for any day

PLEASE NOTE that in order to confirm you are attending UKRC to present your submission, you must register and pay by this date. If your talk is taking place in the free streams you must still pay for the conference as these streams are on a strictly first-come, first-served basis and priority will be given to full paying delegates.

All presenters must register by the Early Registration Deadline of 23 April 2012 to ensure inclusion in the Congress. If we have not received your registration by this date your abstract will be removed from the Congress and the BJR Congress Series abstract publication. Attending co-authors will need to register independently at the applicable rate if they wish to attend any part of the Congress.
